Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker pieces
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.

Melt Butter

  • Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Let it cool slightly before using.

Mix Sugar and Eggs

  • In a bowl, whisk together sugar and eggs until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.

Add Cocoa Powder

  • Sift cocoa powder into the egg mixture. Stir until fully combined and chocolatey.

Add Flour and Baking Powder

  • Add flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix gently until a smooth brownie batter forms.

Pour Batter into Pan

  • Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan. Spread evenly with a spatula.

Add Chocolate Chips

  • Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top of the brownie batter evenly.

Bake Brownies

  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove and add mini marshmallows on top.

Add Graham Crackers

  • Sprinkle graham cracker pieces over the marshmallows. Press lightly without flattening.

Finish Baking

  • Return pan to oven and bake for 10–15 minutes until marshmallows turn golden brown.

Cool Before Cutting

  • Let brownies cool in the pan for 15 minutes. Then lift out using parchment paper.

Cut into Squares

  • Use a sharp knife to cut the brownies into 12 squares. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Use fresh marshmallows for gooey texture.
  • Don’t overbake or brownies may become dry.
  • Break graham crackers into small pieces for even topping.
  • You can add a drizzle of chocolate sauce for extra sweetness.
  • Serve warm for melty chocolate and marshmallow goodness.
