- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Oil for frying
For the glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 –3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
