Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups mini pretzels
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper optional for extra heat
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried parsley optional for color

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven

  • Set the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This prevents sticking and helps even baking.

Mix the spices

  • In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, cayenne, salt, black pepper and parsley. Stir well.

Coat the pretzels

  • Place pretzels in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle olive oil over them. Toss gently to coat evenly without breaking pretzels.

Add spice mix

  • Sprinkle the spice mixture over oiled pretzels. Toss again until every pretzel is covered with a light, even spice layer.

Spread on baking sheet

  • Transfer pretzels to prepared baking sheet. Spread them in a single layer. Avoid overlapping to ensure even crisping and browning.

Bake the pretzels

  • Place in preheated oven. Bake for 12–15 minutes. Stir halfway through for even crisping. Keep an eye so spices do not burn.

Cool the pretzels

  • Remove baking sheet from oven. Let pretzels cool completely. Cooling helps them stay crunchy and preserves the bold flavor.

Serve or store

  • Transfer cooled pretzels to a bowl for serving. Or store in an airtight container for later snacking.
