Instructions
  

Preheat the oven

  • Set your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking pan with butter. Line it with parchment paper for easy removal after baking the brownies.

Mix dry ingredients

  • In a bowl, add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Mix well so everything is evenly combined and no lumps remain in the dry mixture.

Prepare wet mixture

  • In another bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until the batter becomes smooth, creamy, and slightly thick in texture.

Combine mixtures

  • Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Stir gently using a spatula. Mix until everything is fully combined into a thick chocolate brownie batter.

Add strawberries and chocolate chips

  • Fold in chopped strawberries and chocolate chips. Mix lightly so strawberries stay whole and do not break too much inside the brownie batter mixture.

Pour into pan
