- 1 box strawberry cake mix 15.25 oz
- 3 large eggs
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped fresh strawberries optional
Prepare the Cake Batter
In a large bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil and water. Use a whisk or mixer. Mix until smooth and lump free. Do not overmix.
