Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups cubed pound cake or angel food cake
  • Optional: sliced almonds or extra berries for topping

Instructions
 

Prepare the Strawberries

  • Wash and slice strawberries. Set aside in a bowl. Keep some slices for topping.

Mix Whipped Cream

  • In a large bowl, combine whipped cream, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.

Add Mini Marshmallows

  • Gently fold mini marshmallows into the whipped cream mixture with a spatula.

Add Cake Cubes

  • Fold in cubed pound cake carefully to avoid breaking them too much.

Add Strawberries

  • Fold in most of the sliced strawberries, saving some for decoration on top.

Chill the Salad

  • Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to combine.

Serve the Salad

  • Spoon into serving bowls or cups. Top with reserved strawberries and optional sliced almonds.
