Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Swanson white premium chicken 12.5 oz each
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 celery stalk finely chopped
  • ¼ cup onion finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: ¼ cup grapes or dried cranberries for sweetness

Instructions
 

Step 1:

  • Open Swanson chicken cans and drain liquid.

Step 2:

  • Place chicken in a mixing bowl and shred with a fork.

Step 3:

  • Add mayonnaise, celery, onion and lemon juice.

Step 4:

  • Mix until well combined and creamy.

Step 5:
