Ingredients
  

  • All-purpose flour – ¾ cup
  • Cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar – ¾ cup
  • Melted butter – ½ cup
  • Eggs – 2 large
  • Red food coloring – 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • White chocolate chips – ½ cup

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin pan. This helps remove the bites easily after baking.

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt to a bowl. Whisk gently until everything looks evenly mixed and lump free.

Mix Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, add melted butter and sugar. Whisk well. Add eggs, vanilla, and red food coloring. Mix until smooth.

Combine Batter

  • Slowly add dry ingredients to wet mixture. Stir gently using a spoon. Do not overmix. Stop when batter looks smooth and thick.

Add Chocolate Chips

  • Fold white chocolate chips into the batter. Mix lightly. Spread them evenly so each bite has chocolate goodness.

Fill the Pan

  • Spoon batter into muffin pan. Fill each cup about three quarters full. This helps them bake evenly.

Bake the Brownie Bites

  • Place pan in the oven. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes. The tops should look set, not wet.

Cool and Remove

  • Remove pan from oven. Let bites cool for ten minutes. Gently lift them out using a spoon.
