- 1 cup Rice vinegar
- 1 cup Fresh garlic cloves (peeled)
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Salt
Clean the garlic. Wash the jar very well. Sterilize the jar.
Put the peeled garlic in the jar. Leave space at the top.
In a pot, mix the same amount of rice vinegar and water.
2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tablespoon of salt should be added.
Heat the mix until the sugar and salt disappear.
Pour the hot mix over the garlic in the jar.
Let it cool, then close the jar tightly.
For more flavor, store it in the fridge for a week.
