Ingredients

Instructions
  

Prepare the Oven and Pan

  • Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease both cake and springform pans. This helps prevent sticking and makes removal easy after baking.

Make the Cake Batter

  • In a bowl, mix butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, milk, vanilla and lemon zest. Slowly add flour and baking powder. Mix until smooth batter forms.

Bake Cake Layer
