Heat the pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook.
Stir the beef until brown. Drain extra fat.
Add chopped onions and minced garlic. Cook until soft.
Stir in tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce.
Add diced tomatoes, beans, and tomato sauce.
Pour in beef broth. Stir well.
Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, and cayenne.
Add salt and black pepper. Mix everything.
Bring it to a rolling boil, then lower the temperature.
Cover and cook for 30 minutes, stirring sometimes.
Top with cheddar and green onions, then serve hot.
