- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1 cup diced turkey or ham optional
- 1 cup cucumber chopped
- ½ cup cheddar cheese cubes
- ½ cup red bell pepper diced

- ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
