Instructions
Step 1: Mix base
Add vegan mayonnaise to a mixing bowl.
Step 2: Add flavors
Whisk in mustard, barbecue sauce, and maple syrup.
Step 3: Add seasoning
Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
Step 4: Adjust taste
Taste and add more syrup for sweet or mustard for tangy.
Step 5: Chill sauce
Pour sauce into airtight jar. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Step 6: Serve
Use as dip or spread. Enjoy with fries, veggies, or burgers.
Notes
Use vegan mayonnaise for best creamy texture.
Maple syrup adds natural sweetness, but agave works too.
Always use vegan barbecue sauce for a true plant-based recipe.
