Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper

Instructions
 

Step 1:

  • Put all spices in a bowl.

Step 2:

  • Stir them with a spoon or whisk.

Step 3:

  • Mix until everything looks even.

Step 4:

  • Pour it into a clean, dry jar.

Step 5:

  • Close the jar with a tight lid.

  • Write the name and date on the jar.

Step 7:

  • Keep the jar in a cool, dark place.

Step 8:

  • Use 2 tablespoons for each pound of meat.
