Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds turkey wings cut into sections
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch optional, for gravy

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare wings

  • Wash turkey wings. Pat dry with paper towels. Season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Step 2: Sauté

  • Turn Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add olive oil. Brown turkey wings on all sides. Remove and set aside.

Step 3: Cook onion and garlic

  • Add chopped onion and garlic to the pot. Sauté until soft.

Step 4: Add liquids

  • Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.

Step 5: Pressure cook

  • Place turkey wings back into the pot. Seal lid. Cook on high pressure for 35 minutes. Allow natural release for 10 minutes.

Step 6: Thicken sauce (optional)

  • Remove wings. Mix cornstarch with water. Stir into pot liquid. Cook on sauté until thick.

Step 7: Serve

  • Place turkey wings on a dish. Pour sauce on top before serving.

Notes

  • Brown turkey wings for extra flavor before pressure cooking.
  • Use natural release to keep meat tender and juicy.
  • Add vegetables like carrots or celery for more flavor.
