Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

Preheat the oven

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a baking dish. This prevents sticking and helps easy cleanup.

Prepare the chicken

  • Pat chicken breasts dry using paper towels. This helps seasoning stick better and improves baking texture.

Make garlic butter

  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and dried parsley.

Season the chicken

  • Place chicken in baking dish. Brush garlic butter mixture over both sides evenly.

Bake the chicken

  • Put dish in oven. Bake for twenty-five minutes until chicken is cooked through and juicy.

Rest before serving

  • Remove chicken from oven. Let it rest five minutes. This keeps the juices inside.

Garnish and serve

  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top. Serve warm and enjoy tender garlic butter flavor.

Notes

  • Use similar size chicken breasts for even cooking.
  • Do not overbake or chicken becomes dry.
  • Let chicken rest before cutting.
  • Fresh garlic gives stronger flavor.
  • Add lemon juice for brightness.
