Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried lemon zest

Instructions
 

Step 1:

  • Get a clean bowl to mix your spices.

Step 2:

  • Put in paprika, garlic, and onion powder.

Step 3:

  • Add parsley, black pepper, and salt.

Step 4:

  • Now add thyme, oregano, cayenne, and lemon zest.

Step 5:

  • Mix everything well with a spoon or whisk.

Step 6:

  • Pour it into a clean spice jar.

Step 7:

  • Close the jar and keep it in a cool place.

Step 8:

  • Use 1 tablespoon on each fish before cooking.

Step 9:

  • Rub the seasoning on the fish to coat it well.

Notes

  • Add brown sugar if you like sweet and spicy.
  • Try smoked paprika for a deeper taste.
  • Use more or less cayenne for heat level.
  • Mix in cornmeal if you want a crispy crust.
  • Keep it in a dry jar to stay fresh longer.
