Ingredients
  

  • Graham cracker crumbs – 1½ cups
  • Powdered sugar – 1 cup
  • Creamy peanut butter – 1 cup
  • Melted butter – ½ cup
  • Chocolate chips – 1½ cups
  • Peanut butter – ¼ cup

Instructions
 

Prepare the Pan

  • Line a square pan with parchment paper. Leave extra paper on sides for easy lifting.

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • Add graham crumbs and powdered sugar to a bowl. Stir until well combined.

Add Peanut Butter

  • Add peanut butter and melted butter. Mix until thick and smooth like dough.

Press the Base

  • Press mixture firmly into the pan. Make sure the layer is even and flat.

Melt Chocolate

  • Add chocolate chips and peanut butter to a pan. Melt on low heat, stirring often.

Spread Chocolate

  • Pour melted chocolate over base layer. Spread evenly with a spatula.

Chill the Bars

  • Place pan in fridge for two hours. Let bars fully set and firm.

Slice and Serve

  • Lift bars using paper. Cut into squares. Serve cold or at room temperature.
