The Peach Jalapeno Jam Recipe is sweet and spicy. Ripe peaches mix with hot jalapenos for a bold taste. You can eat it on toast, crackers, or meat.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups peaches peeled and chopped
  • 2 jalapenos seeded and chopped
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 packet fruit pectin

Instructions
 

  • Wash peaches and jalapenos well.
  • Peel and chop the peaches into small pieces.
  • Seed jalapenos and chop them very fine.
  • Put peaches, jalapenos, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
  • Add pectin and stir until mixed well.
  • Heat on medium flame until it starts boiling.
  • Add sugar slowly and stir the mix.
  • Keep stirring to stop it from burning.
  • Let it boil hard for one minute.
  • Remove from heat when the jam looks thick.
  • Use a ladle to fill jars with hot jam.
  • Close jars with lids and let them cool.

Notes

  • Use ripe peaches for the best taste.
  • Take out jalapeno seeds if you want less heat.
  • Stir all the time to stop burning.
  • Clean and sterilize jars before use.
  • Keep opened jars in the fridge.
