Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken breast sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 small carrot grated
  • 1/2 bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds optional
  • 1 tsp oil for cooking

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken

  • Slice chicken breast into thin strips. Keep pieces uniform for even cooking.

Make Teriyaki Sauce

  • Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic and ginger in a small bowl.

Heat the Pan

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cook the Chicken

  • Add chicken to the pan. Cook 5–6 minutes until lightly browned.

Add Teriyaki Sauce

  • Pour sauce over chicken. Stir well to coat every piece.

Simmer the Chicken

  • Cook 3–4 minutes more until sauce thickens slightly.

Prepare the Veggies

  • Wash and slice lettuce, carrot and bell pepper for the wrap.

Warm the Tortillas

  • Heat tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 20 seconds to soften.

Assemble the Wrap

  • Place lettuce on tortilla. Add carrot, bell pepper and teriyaki chicken.

Roll the Wrap

  • Fold sides of the tortilla. Roll tightly from bottom to top.

Add Sesame Seeds

  • Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for extra flavor and crunch.

Serve Immediately

  • Cut wrap in half diagonally and serve warm. Enjoy your meal!
